Through one-on-one guidance, Shiv Nira offers personalized yoga sessions and holistic nutritional support, empowering individuals to cultivate self-love, mindfulness, and lasting well-being in their everyday lives.
She has been guiding clients for over 4 years, supporting them in naturally reversing and managing health concerns such as sleep disorders, anxiety, weight gain, blood pressure, diabetes, migraines, and psoriasis—primarily through yoga, lifestyle transformation, and conscious living.
